"Suwanni" brand juice first officially came out from manufactory in 2004. This was produced by Universal Foods Company (UFC), the largest foods manufacturer in Thailand. All the production lines and complete set of manufacturing equipment as well as the high-edge and sophisticated technology covered in the production process were all introduced from Switzerland.  Distinguishing from the production and packaging of other brand juice which first being extracted, concentrated and then diluted, the “Suwanni†brand juice was produced using a rare high-tech method of sterilization in a super-high temperature and synchronously cooling and packaging. This advanced technology has become the pioneer for the juice packaging nowadays.

This brand of product has passed the strict examination and verification by Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. Because of above-mentioned exquisite production and packaging technology, the original rich vitamin contained in fresh fruit has not been destroyed through by the complete juice production process. Meanwhile, without added any preservative or pigment, the “Suwanni Juice†can be kept fresh more than one year and a half with the juice’s color not difference from the fresh fruit. This is the advantages of the “Suwanni†brand products distinguishing from similar products.

The raw material of “Suwanni†Brand Mango Juice was originated from a high-grade and flavorful Thai mango named “Chokarnan†(meaning of Good Luck) which average price was triple of “Crystal Mangoâ€, the raw material often used by other brand of mango juice. The industry insiders can usually understand these prices’ discrepancy. Therefore, “Suwanni†brand juice can win the market in lower price and more delicious taste just because the products owner has paid a higher attention to the management of the operating cost.  Â

The average daily production can be reached 3 containers. That is 90 containers for monthly production capacity and about 1,080 containers for the annual output. Generally, if the customer request the package to be designed specially accordance with their demand, it will spend one month and a half to finish the juice production since from the order to be received by the manufacturer. However, if no special demand to the package from the customer, only about two weeks can be ready for an order’s completion.
