COMPANY PROFILE: Teknik Bombe has been manufacturing dished heads and various products for several sectors such as the agricultural, maritime and construction sectors for more than 25 years. Today, the company continues its activities at its Gebze plant covering an indoor area of 15000m2. The product range consists of various items such as dished heads, pressure vessels and tank manholes. Teknik Bombe also provides customer-specific projects and diverse services including heat treatment, laser and plasma cutting, plasma welding, CNC press brake and profile bending. QUALITY POLICY: 2010-The certification of expansion vessels according to EN 13831 standard and PED 97/23/EC directive has been completed. 2009-AD 2000 W0 / HP0 certification of all heads & cold-formed intermediate products according to PED 97/23/EC directive and EN ISO 3834 certification of welding workshop have been renewed. For dye-penetrant tests, our personnel has completed necessary training and obtained EN 473 Level II certification. Dye-penetrant tests have started to be performed within our firm by our own staff. Teknik Bombe became one of the few Turkish firms that hold Bureau Veritas Marine Type Approval Certificate + Mode II Certificate for marine tanks.
