Facilities
TAROKO'S CD-R and DVD-R factory is enclosed in an anti-static/dust-free room with Class 100 machinery. We use highest quality virgin polycarbonate raw material. Our exclusive contract with BAYER guarantees that the raw material we use is unsurpassed in the Asian market, adding to the uniqueness of our CD-R. We use top quality phthalocyanine dye with nearly flawless discs which are injected by best performance Japanese injection machines (JSW) to produce the Most Stable and Reliable CD-R and DVD-R.

Besides, our German manufactured STEAG CD-R Processing Machine is fully automated in following processes:
1. The substrate is cooled to the optimal temperature to apply the photo reactive dye.
2. The dye is spread on to the disc, which is spinning at high velocity to ensure uniform thickness on the entire disc.
3 The dye is then stabilized onto the disc at the preferred temperature.
4. The perfect thickness of silver is applied to the surface of the disc for optimal reflection surface.
5. A layer of lacquer is then spread onto the disc for protection.
6 Stringent QC is performed to ensure our customers of the highest quality.

Quality
To ensure that our products are the best choice on the market, we have experts from both Germany and Japan to oversee the process. Our discs are also periodically tested on most of the popular CD and DVD recorders for compatibility and quality.
