Our company is located in Tangshan New & Hi-Tech Development Zone, Hebei, China. Covering a total area of 86,600 square meters, we have the registered capital of USD8 million and the total assets of USD42 million. There are more than 400 employees, including 20 senior engineers and 60 engineers working in our company. Our annual output is 100 thousand tons of welding consumables and 30 thousand sets of welding equipment.

Our company is one of the largest domestic manufacturing bases for welding materials and machines. Our company has the first-class wire production equipment, mainly including wet-wire drawing production lines, copper units from German HERBORN and German KOCH, dry-wire drawing production lines and a set of Italian barreled welding wire packing unit. Till now, our manufacturing processes have been completely controlled by PC, standing for our outstanding manufacturing techniques.

Our company has got ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. Our welding wires mainly include mild steel & high strength steel wires, weathering steel wires, stainless steel wires, mild flux-cored wires, submerged arc wires, etc. Our welding consumables have passed SGS environmental audit and six countries' classification society audits which include ABS, CCS, DNV, GL, LR and RS. Our products have also got CE certification. Our welding machines mainly include arc welders, CO2 gas shielded welders, submerged arc welders, cutting machines, etc.

Our company has established the joint venture enterprise of Tangshan Hongpeng Elmatech Welder Co., Ltd. with ELMATECH AG Germany. The joint venture enterprise has introduced German advanced technologies and management to China and has produced spot welding machines of Midispot series and Elmaspot series, HYBRID series multi-functional gas shielded welders and various digital welders which are controlled by the virtual technologies.
