Our company was started in 1976 as a food department of our mother company, Tae Kyung Ltd. and became independent company with the new name, Tae Kyung Food Ltd. in 1997. We have successfully secured our position in food industry as a market seasoning manufacturer through wide range of experience and accumulated know-how. A food base is a highly concentrated seasoning used for industrial purpose of food manufacturing.

At Tae Kyung Food Ltd., we make our food base first by extracting natural flavors from fresh meat, farm products, or seafood through a process of hot water extraction, hydrolysis, autolysis, or enzymatic treatment.
