Ours is a joint sector company with Punjab State Industrial Development Corp. Ltd (PSIDC). It is a widely held company. Its shares are listed at the BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE LIMITED. The Board of company consists of highly talented & experienced directors. Three directors namely Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Mr. Sanjay Gupta & Mr. Ajay Gupta represents private promoters. Three directors including chairman are nominated by PSIDC. One director is nominated by Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). Three directors are non-executive independent directors and are equiped with technical experience & qualification in the fields of textiles, management and finance.
