Easy to Clean- Sunward?s ceramic knives are made by bonding the nano-sized particles (200~400 nm) in a sintering treatment over 1400?. Compared to other ceramic knives, Sunward?s are made of nano-sized powder, whose surface is non-stick. With a special surface treatment, it helps prevent bacterial contamination. The knives are easy to clean by hand washing or towel wipe.
