Management Philosophy: Our company connects companies with each other, contributing to society by helping to support the creation of products that are useful for society. Independence: I joined a screw trading firm after graduating from high school. It was then, when I began my first job, that I decided I would found my own company and become its president. However, as I struggled to find the confidence necessary to do so, I continued to work for 18 years at this screw trading firm. On the other hand, I saved up the capital necessary to become independent, as well as purchased some land. I later used this land as collateral to borrow more funds after going independent, and as such never had any trouble in terms of capital. When I decided to go independent, I felt that I did not want to cause trouble for the company that had supported me all those years, and so unlike the common story of people who take their favorite clients with them, I decided to leave with nothing in hand. As a result, I had no choice but to develop new client relationships. This new launch also required me to find businesses that would stock my product. Obviously, for about the first year, I received absolutely no income. However, to my surprise, when others learned that I had not given up but instead was trying my hardest to become independent, many of these people cooperated with me. Starting at around my second year in business, I started to receive orders, and thanks to this the company has safely reached its 25th year in operation. I would truly like to express my appreciation for the kindness of those who supported me along the way, and to say that my success is due in no small part to their cooperation. A Development-based Company: Our company, while it is a trading firm, develops new products based on approved production processes under the consent of national and prefectural laws supporting business innovation. Management Strategy: It has been quite difficult to be profitable in these last 20 years marked by deflation since the bursting of the bubble. However, it goes without saying that companies must find a way to break through problems if they are going to succeed. In order to do so, our company has continued to cooperate with others. This allows us to combine our specialty fields with those of other companies. One of the projects we are currently working on includes a furnace internal monitoring camera.
