Having worked over 20 years in the cosmetic industry for top names like Estee Lauder, Michele Strobel found herself: "Frustrated with the cosmetic industry and lack of improvement in the products being developed. It covered up the problem but certainly did not achieve the goal of improving the condition of ones skin." In 2005, Stratton cosmetics was born.
