How does your Sourcing Team work?

Our sourcing team consists of 10 colleagues from China, Malaysia, Indonesia,. Among dozens of Sporting Goods Products all over the world, we have experience and capability to select the most competitive products, which will then be qualified to be listed on our website. General procedures would be as below.

1. Sourcing well established manufacturers.
2. Visiting Factory Production Site.
3. Bargaining for wholesale quotation which enables us to offer the lowest price
4. Undergoing Product Quality Control before shipments go to our warehouses 

What do your Customer Service Representatives do?

Our customer service representatives are well trained with the knowledge of over 1200 products in our website. We invest a lot on training and expansion of our customer service team. We not only aim at answering enquiries about product and delivery problems, we would also help customers to look for products out of our selling list to fulfill your needs.

What do your Logistics Teams do?

Our logistics teams are located in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. After receiving verified orders, they will carefully take items from shelves in designated warehouse. The item would then be packed carefully with bubble bags and the packages would be sent to assigned destinations by postal services, UPS, DHL or Fedex Company
