PROCEDURE

1. Seller/seller Mandate issues this signed FULL CORPORATE OFFER (FCO), and submits to the full buyer�� Mandate.
2. Buyer responds by signing the FCO (seal details and with agreed changes, if any) as agreement to the ��rocedures��to be used in the SPA, and sends to with the seller/ seller Mandate.
3. Seller issues the daft SPA, based on the signed FCO. Buyer and seller then discuss and final SPA content (t
