Smart&Connected Building Services is a professional consulting group. We do not promote any product or vendor. We help Architects, Engineers, Partners and Property Developers define network as a platform to deliver smart, automated, managed and profit making development. Our Engagement starts with defining services based on building type use. We work hand in hand with developers to come up with a creative way of creating revenue for the development and architect the network to support that model. It is ideal that we get engaged during the early stage of conceptual drawing so that proper parameters could be defined. This becomes the basis of design for the services and can be used by the developers to create Request for Proposal, or create a bill of quantity.
