Established in 1950, Sinochem Liaoning Corporation (Sinochem Liaoning) is a sub-company of Sinochem Group located in Dalian, China, standing as one of Top 500 world enterprises(Sinochem is No.170 in the year 2009's "Forbes"). In September 1997, with assessment by SGS, Sinochem Liaoning was certified as ISO9002 quality assured firm, which is the first one in China, with further ISO9001:2000 updating.
