As a held company of Lutianhua Group Inc., Sichuan Tianyu Oleochemical Co. Ltd. started to research and produce series of oleochemicals in 1993.
The Company The company as well as its producing plant is located in Naxi district of Luzhou in Sichuan Province, covering an area of 158 Mu, with registered assets of RMB50 million yuan.
Series qualified products of erucic acid, foliage oleic acid, behenic acid, stearic acid, erucamide, primary amine, primary amine acetate and glycerin etc. are made with raw materials of natural high erucic acid content colza oil, palm oil, tallow oil in the company.
The existing capability of the plant is: 60,000mtpa of fatty acid products like erucic acid, stearic acid, C18 unsaturated fatty acid and so on; 10,000mtpa of nitrogen derivatives of fatty acids such as fatty amides, fatty primary amines, fatty primary amine acetate etc.
All products are inspected through international standard methods. Perfect ISO 9001: 2000 quality administrative system is established according to ISO 9000 standards; and the environment protect system is made as per ISO 14001:2000 standards.
