Sichuan Huiyuan Plastic Optical Fiber Co., Ltd has been specializing in researching, manufacturing and selling of low-loss PMMA plastic optical fiber/cable and its applications since 2000. It is located in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province. Our plant occupied 85, 000 square meters, of which the built-up area is 360, 000 square meters. We have 4 production lines of fiber manufacturing, 3 production lines of cable manufacturing, with production capacity of 200, 000KMS fiber and 100, 000KMS cables. Last year, our annual sales turnover reaches USD 12, 5 million, 25% increase compared with 2009. In 2003, we succeed in mass production of POF, which is the first one in China, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies and filling the gaps of plastic optical fiber industry of China. Thanks to our strong R&D team, we are also the first one in China who can produce POF, of which the optical attenuation <0.18dB / m at 650nm. In 2009, approved by National Development and Reform Commission, the only one POF Engineering Laboratory among China, the POF Production and Application of the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory was officially set up in this company.
