Billet Casting Facilities : -Â

Aluminium melting and casting facilities having three numbers of Melting Furnace and havingÂ capacity ofÂ Â 40Â M/TonsÂ perÂ day,Â operating on NaturalÂ GasÂ basisÂ for casting the Round Aluminium Billets in desired alloysÂ with required chemical composition and metallurgical structures with Hot Top Casting Technology.

Billet cutting saw attached with hydraulic systems, heat exchanger, Saw Conveyor, etc. to cut the round log in desired length.

Aluminium Extrusion Press Line (1600 MT 7 Dia Fielding and Platt UK origin press.)

Aluminium Extrusion Press Line consisting of 700 KW Induction Billet Heater / natural Gas fired Billet Heater working on natural gas as fuel, 1600 Tons 7 Dia.Â OilÂ HydraulicÂ Horizontal AluminiumÂ ExtrusionÂ Press, Post handlingÂ equipmentsÂ like Puller, belt conveyer material handling equipments, 100 TonÂ Stretcher-cum-detwister, belt drivenÂ storage table, saw feed conveyor, extrusionÂ cut off saw with saw gauge tables.
