Sample Availability & Policy
Sample order is accepted but sample fees are paid.
Upon confirmation of product sample model, capacity, quantity, and other details, we will send a sample PI.
And we will send the sample as soon as we receive your payment.


Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We guarantee two years warranty for our products.
Any physical damage, misusage, or unauthorized disassembling of any part of the products will lead to warranty void.


Export/Import Processing Support
The default business term is EXW Shenzhen, but FOB and CIF terms can be considered in special situations.
Also our professional commercial managers can serve you with different solutions in the export/import support services.
