In 1999, Linker introduced the key technology of intelligent queuing management system from Australia. And then, it conducted re-development based on using habits of domestic users and finally succeeded developing Linker Intelligent Queuing Management System with self-owned intellectual property right. In 2000, on the basis of Linker Intelligent Queuing Management System, aimed at the queuing problem in hospitals, Linker developed Linker Hospital Sub-diagnosis Queuing Management System by a great deal of investigation and research on hospital environment, diagnosis procedure and work procedure, which serves as the most excellent hospital sub-diagnosis queuing solution till now. In 2003, Linker passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification. In 2004, software and hardware of Linker Intelligent Queuing System passed the inspection of function and performance.
