3D Paste Thickness Test
Each board is carefully examined by our dedicated inspection team using AOI and high magnification viewers. Using our X-Ray machine, we test PCBs to component level and all wiring is fully inspected and tested. Flash testing and earth bonding tests can also be undertaken where required.

Each PCBA unit will be in Anti static bag, then the bubble bags, and final put into PCBA harden carton.
PCBA Lead Time

Low volume PCBA 100 pcs: 30-35 days
1K-10K: standard L/T is 45-50 days
Above is for first order of any new customers. If repeat orders, the L/T should be faster.
