Shengtai Group was established in 2002, and is located in Xishui, Shandong - which is famous as "China Tire First Village" and the largest tire production base in Shandong Province. Through the development for many years, our group is a large-scaled enterprise group integrating the production of automobile tires, tire tubes, inner tubes, bladders and bead wires, wheel manufacture, international trade, development and research of new products, and real estate development. We form an industrial chain which mainly produces automobile tires and intensively develops upstream and downstream products.

Over the years, with the business philosophy of "Market-Oriented, Customers as God, Quality for Survival, Win-Win Purpose", and the enterprise development thought of "Stronger First, Greater Second", our group develops greatly through quality improvement, market development, constant innovation and progress. The products have passed the certifications of American DOT, European ECE, Brazil INMETRO, China Compulsory Product Certification (3C), European Union Noise Humidification Land, the European Union REACH, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and others.

With the management policy of "People-Oriented, Scientific Management, Practical Effect, Standard Operation", our enterprise also has successfully passed the certifications of ISO16949 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health Safety Management System, and these can further promote the sound development of our enterprise.

Our group vigorously carries out the policy of "Brand-Driven", and now owns the first "China Famous Trademark" - "AAA" in the tire industry in Dongying City. Our "AAA" tires and "Dolphins" bead wires were awarded "Shandong Famous-brand Product", and "AAA" was awarded "Shandong Export Famous Brand".

Through the development for many years, Shengtai Group has built a wide sales network around China, and forms the countywide sales and service networks. In addition to meeting the domestic demand, our company also exports products to more than 30 countries and districts, such as America, Canada, Southeast Asia, etc.

In 2009, our group decisively finished 6 million pieces of high-performance semisteel radial tires under the premise of full investigation of the international market, imported production equipment from many countries, such as Britain, America, Holland, Japan, etc., and used the world's top technology. Our products are suitable for the sports cars and all kinds of limousines. Moreover, Shengtai Group established an "AAAAA" level tourism scenic spot - Yuntuo Scenic Spot in Qingzhou City, and developed real estate development projects. These are the key steps for our group to enter other industries.

In 2011, our group adjusted the development structure and developed diversely. Our group and American Aircraft Recycling Company (ARC Aerospace Industries, LLC) jointly established the Sino-US joint enterprise-International ARC Shengtai Co., Ltd., to supply, sell and recycle aerial renewable resources, and to engage in the disassembly of large-scale business aircraft in Southern California-Las Vegas in America firstly. Shengtai Group has been the first Chinese company engaged in disassembling airplanes in America.
