SHANGHAI ELECTRIC METER WORKS , one of the 156 major projects, was founded in Jan,1954 with the aid of former Soviet Union. It?s one of the largest electric-instrument manufactures of China, and a key enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery as well as a high-tech enterprise of Shanghai.
Our company locates at No.2065, Kongjiang Rd, Yangpu District, Shanghai. With the staff of 1500 workers and over 300 engineers and technicians, we have designed and manufactured more than 700 kinds of instruments during the past 50 years. As the policy of reform & open going on, our company has transformed into SHANGHAI ELECTRIC METER WORKS CORP.,LTD. and our manufacturing center moved into Qingpu high-tech industrial zone. It covers an area of 36680m2 ,and building area ,17512m2  beside the 318 highway.
