Shandong Weifang Export Bases Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984. It is a comprehensive group of companies integrating production, manufacturing, sales, marketing, as well as import-export. Its main activity is the import and export of commodities and technologies, and it undertakes Chinese-Foreign joint ventures which include production, sales and marketing for livestock and poultry feed, feed additives, animal medicine, further processing products of chicken, duck, pork and aquatic, as well as wheaten food, vegetables, textiles, garments, and other products. Presently, the group has 4,800 full-time employees and total fixed assets of RMB 547 million. In addition, it has 9 solely-owned subsidiaries, as follows: 1.Huamei Refrigeration Processing Factory, 2.Jidi Breeders Farm, 3.Jidi Packaging Products Plant, 4.Anqiu Luxiang Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., 5.Anqiu Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd., 6.Shandong Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd., 7.Weifang Hemei farm Produce Co., Ltd., 8.Weifang Luxiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and 9.Weifang Haichuan Labor and Service Co., Ltd. Among above subsidiaries of the Group, there are 4 Factories have passed the ISO9001:2000 Certification, 5 Factories have passed the HACCP Certification, 1 Factory has passed the Organic Vegetables Certification and 1 Factory has passed the GMP Certification.
