Since foundation we have supplied high quality machines worldwide. With the confidence of a leader in the paper industry, our holding company, Seong Chang Co.,Ltd., built a fully equipped factory in Shihwa Industrial Complex in 1990 to produce machinery for paper mills. Based on our continual research and development of production technology, we are devoting ourselves to manufacturing  highl quality machines and providing our customers with full satisfaction with first-class service.

As you know well, we are now facing energy source exhaustion and forest devastation due to ecological destruction. We believe our mission is to solve the problems within our generation through energy-saving and waste-resource reuse.
