We are a nuts and dried fruits manufacturing and producing company located in Ankara, Turkey since 1956. We have two companies in different areas in nuts and dried fruits sector.

UNAL is our first company established in 1956 as a wholesaler in one of the Ankara's small market place. In 1985, we built our first factory in Ostim, Ankara. In 1990, opening another wholesale store in Gimat (Central Anatolia Region's biggest whosale food market place) helped our business grow faster, more stable and export our products. In 1995, UNAL built another factory in order to serve better to our customers with the times modern technologic machines and equipments. We opened our first retail branch in 1991 and currently have 40 branches on our own in Ankara's elegant and vibrant streets and malls.

In 2001, with the intention of providing service on a more professional basis to the companies whom it serves as a supplier; the organization that has decided to carry out its 40 years of experience of wholesale under the umbrella of SAMER, carries on its retailing activities under the name of UNAL.

In 2005, SAMER began producing packaged products with the most variety of nuts and dried fruits. SAMER sells its products either in bulk or in packaged to local and national supermarkets and other whosalers and retailers either in Turkey or abroad. We currently have 3 whosale stores, 2 in Ankara, 1 in Istanbul.

As of 2013, SAMER which has a structure having 14,000 m2 production facility, 6,000 m2 of logistics distribution center and sales points, performs its production in its factory in Ankara Sincan Organize Sanayi Bolgesi (Organized Industrial Zone). The organization, making production with the assurance of Food Safety Management System ISO, that is working in the production facility equipped with the latest technologies in line with the European hygiene, health and quality standards, in accordance with the rules of HACCP International Food Safety System, is the first company in Ankara obtaining the certificate of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System. SAMER, maintaining its performance with a young and dynamic team, continues to improve the quality of the industry performing industry leading practices with its well-equipped R&D infrastructure and it is among the leading companies in the industry.
