Factory Evaluation/Factory Auditing(FA)
  As per the consignor’s requirement, the inspector will appoint an auditor to check the company organization, working conditions, and so on. They will issue a report if there is any possibility to cause the quality defect, and give the remedy suggestions.
 General working items:
- Company organization
- Documentation and Process Control
- Internal training and quality system
- Material and supplier management
- Laboratory/internal testing/color evaluation
- Sample development
- Producing Facilities
- Finishing and packaging
- Tool room and Maintenance
- Metal detection

Pre-production Inspection (PPI)
 The inspector will randomly inspect the raw material, rough products, and composition parts, according to consignor’s AQL.
General working items:
- Raw material and assembling parts
- Semi-finished products
- Producing equipments condition
- Producing technology and QA staff configures

Medium-term Inspection (MTI)
When 20% products are finished, the inspector will inspect the semi-finished products and the finished products, report the defects and make the workable remedy steps;
General working items:
- Semi-finished products in every working procedure
- Producing equipments condition
- Producing technology and QA staff configures

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
Inspector will inspect more than the following items(generally 100% finished, and 80% packaged):

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
After the before inspection, the inspector will together with the factory to confirm and make record in the warehouse, factory base or the loading place if the container’s cleanness or any other conditions are all right.

- Loading schedule
- Container arriving time and departing time
- Truck license plate & Container No.
- Container condition
