As the second largest manufacturer of diesel/gasoline engine pistons, marine pistons and liner-piston kits in China, supporting for engine plants globally, Rizhao Kinkong Piston Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company established in N. Industrial Zone of Ju County in 1981, with fixed assets of RMB360 million and an area of 180,000 square meters. Equipped with 40 advanced production lines of aluminum pistons and test equipment of high precision, Kinkong has complete machining, testing and supporting devices, and more than 1000 employees currently. It makes the transportation very convenient for being located in Shandong Peninsula. It is only 70km and 120km to Rizhao and Qingdao Port respectively, helping us to distribute our products and services into places of the world.

Currently, Kinkong has a large-scale annual production capacity of 8 million pistons of more than 40 series and 600 varieties with specifications ranging from 30 to 500mm, including aluminum pistons, pistons in steel crown with iron/steel/aluminum skirt, spherical graphite cast iron pistons, cast grey iron pistons, liners and liner-piston kits widely used in cars, engineering/ agricultural machineries, locomotives, marine engines and such fields.

All of our pistons have been manufactured with precision and met the state standards and customers' requirements. Our quality control system has passed ISO9001 and TS16949 certifications. Considerate service is as important as the products' quality, in order to supply superior service for our customers, we have established complete consignment files which help us to track all of the questions and special requirements from customers based on batch number, so that we can give satisfying replies within 48 hours.
