We, RISHI FIBC SOLUTIONS (P) Ltd., located in Gujarat, India. We are manufacturing more than 15,000 Jumbo Bags per day and having a prominent presence in European and American markets.

We have a 200,000 sq. ft fully air conditioned facility which is specially designed to produce FOOD GRADE and PHARMA GRADE Bags with HEPA FILTERATION. We are the only Indian company to have such a facility from raw material stage to finished products warehouse viz extrusion, weaving, coating, liner, finishing etc. We are a fully functional Food grade and Pharma grade ISO 9001- 2008 facility and have been certified by BRC (British Retail Consortium) and AIB (American Institute of Baking) for making food and d pharma grade bags. AIB has been certified with Superior category, that means more than 90% marks in the first audit itself. According to the Auditor, this is the first time they give this Superior category to any new facility in the past. We have scored 195 marks out of 200 for hygiene practices.

As a fully integrated FIBC facility we have a capacity to produce 5 million bags per annum. We have 4, 6,and 8 shuttle LOHIA STARLINGER looms and can offer bags of U-Panel and Circular construction. Our looms are fitted with ULTRASONIC CUTTERS FOR FOOD GRADE fabric as also the Baffles for Q bags and food grade bags are cut by Ultrasonic machines.

Our specialised equipment consists of Gluing machines from USA, Ultrasonic cutting machines from GERMANY, Bottle shaped liner machines from TURKEY,Co-extruded 3 layer Liner plant, 2 mtr wide lamination plant, FIBC Test Rig, Automatic Bag Cleaning Machine, Metal Detector for Food and Pharma Bags etc.,

A professionally managed company in the FIBC business, our focus is on the highly specialised FIBCs. Besides the above we are also geared to manufacture other highly complicated bags.
