I work with a proven seller of fresh cut and slightly seasoned MTN�� & BG��.  I am one away from the seller�� rep.  The seller and title holder is a major European Bank which sells paper issued from a Top 10 World Bank.  The procedures are pretty standard, a compliance package with POF and ATV are required up front.  However, after reviewing the offer and upon acceptance of the seller�� procedures, a call between seller�� and buyer�� rep can be arranged prior to submission of documents.  Deals can be closed quickly if the buyer is able to submit a complete package and adhere to the procedures.  This is a real performing seller that closes transactions every week.  Two thirds of the buy side is open in regards to the fee structure.   So if you have access to serious buyers and would like detailed information regarding the procedures and terms of the offer, please feel free to contact me.
