CPA will be assigned to buyer which includes (CIF)
For final discharge to destination port
Buyer and Seller sign and seal SPA. Buyer provides Seller with discharge port details and discharge port approvals. Mutually agreed upon inspector boards and conducts Q&Q and sends report to Buyer and Seller simultaneously. Report will be issued in the name of ?Seller and its Assignee? in which case the Buyer will be deemed the assignee.
TTO transaction is completed and vessel sails to Buyer?s Port of Discharge (POD).
Payment shall be 100% payable at sight after verification of the following documents.
Seller sends Buyer commercial invoice based on the quantity ascertained by inspectors report and opens communication between buyer and vessel handling company for re-charter. Once Buyer and Seller execute commercial invoice, the Seller will present all pertinent documents defined in the box below (documents required)

Documents Required:
1. Full set of Original Clean On Board Bill of Lading, Full set of 3.3 original plus 3 non-negotiable copies clean on board Bills of Lading issued to the order of (Seller), and endorsed ?FBO? (TBN) marked ?Freight prepaid? as per Charter Party, each original to be originally signed by the master. Charter Party Bills of Lading acceptable, quantity to be expressed in barrels.
2. Commercial invoice. Signed commercial invoice based on Bill of Lading weight, evidencing B/L date and B/L quantity in metric tons, also stating quantity in net US barrels, actual degree API as well as detailed price calculation in triplicate.
