Our company was set up in 1981 and is located in Oubei Town, Wenzhou, which is well known as the Pump and Valve Town of China. We design, manufacture and sell balls and other highly engineered ball valve components around the world. With the strong innovation capacity and more than 30 years' experience in manufacturing and management, we are providing a wide range of highly engineered products for international flow control fields.

Mr. Yu Sanbao, the president and founder, sets up one of the largest and the strongest manufacturing enterprises of large diameter and high-end balls after more than 30 years' energy and contribution.

Totally, 458 employees are working in our company including 18 engineers, 22 technicians, 12 quality assurance staff members, 26 inspectors and 289 production workers.

We provide balls and other valve components for customers with various specifications from 1" through 56", pressure from 150LB through 2500LB and different materials. The materials mainly include A105, LF2, 410, F6A, 4130, 4140, F304, F316, 17-4PH, F51, F53, F55, Monel K400, Inconel, etc. The surface treatment materials include chemical nickel plating, tungsten carbide coating, stellite, inconel, etc., which are high-hardness, abrasion proof and corrosion-resistant materials.

Different manufacturing lines have been set up for products with different specifications in the interest of achieving more specific, professional and efficient management. There are currently three ball manufacturing plants with 6 production lines in total:
1) One plant with a production line for manufacturing small diameter balls is used to manufacture 3" and below 3" balls.
2) One plant with three production lines is used to manufacture balls from 8" through 36".
3) One plant with one small production line and two large lines is used to manufacture 4", 6", 40" and above 40" balls.

We built two more plants in 2008 to serve our customers better. One plant is for manufacturing bodies and closures and the others are for seats. It could enable us to provide other sets of components. The body and closure plant is equipped with 78 employees, 89 machining equipment and 3 assembly lines for manufacturing ball valve components from 1" through 40". The seat plant is with 35 employees and 28 machining equipment for manufacturing 40" and below 40" seats.

We have our own forging plant which has the capacity of forging and pressing balls and components from 1" through 48". More than that, the entire heat treatment process could be done in the forging plant. We could control the quality of raw materials along with the lead time of products in a direct and efficient way.

We have two professional laboratories, available for chemical analysis, tensile test, hardness test, impact test, metallographic examination, intergranular corrosion test, iodine corrosion test, etc. to assure ball materials to meet customers' requirements.
