Qingdao Wenwugang Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd., set up in 1986, is a specialized manufacturer engaged in the R&D and production of PE films, BOPET and plastic packaging bags, with the honors of "the Hi-tech Industrial Enterprise of Qingdao" and "Top 100 Privately-run Hi-tech Enterprises of 2005 in Qingdao". Our company is located in Laoshan of Qingdao, which is a coastal opening city with convenient transportation, with a land area of 26600m2, the fixed assets of 56 million Yuan and 200 employees. Our company boasts internationally advanced large and small film-blowing, dribbling, compound printing and sealing equipment and mainly manufactures PE isolating films (specially for radial tyre production), PE/PET/PE compound isolating films (specially for radial tyre production), low-melting-point rubber ingredient bags (EVA bags), valve port packaging bags, tyre packaging bags, PE films, PET films, stretch films, shrinkage films, high-performance grid compound films, all kinds of plastic packaging bags and other plastic products, with the annual throughput of 20,000 tons. The PE isolating films specially for the production process of radial tyres are provided with all indicators, including tensile strength, elongation at break, peeling strength, tearing strength, melting point, width and thickness, in compliance with the requirements of domestic and overseas major radial tyre manufacturers; the low-melting-point rubber ingredient bags (EVA bags), with the melting point lower than 83, are extensively applied for the packaging of rubber ingredients and rubber chemicals and capable of well meeting the demand of rubber production line. The valve port packaging bags are the ideal selection as carbon black packages, extensively for powder and grain packing, and the large-size plastic packaging bags are suitable for the packing of crude oil and similar products.
