Qingdao Lolin Mech Inc, specializes in supplying OEM castings and forgings for customers from Germany, Japan, and USA since 1990. we mainly supply for the industries of: agricultural machinery, construction machinery, heavy duty truck, railway (locomotive) industry.

TS 16949 certified
3 sets automatic moulding lines, flask size from 400x400 till 700x700,
15 units of induction furnaces ranges from 1 ton/hour till 5 ton/hour;
Spectrum + metalloscope
Annual casting capacity of 45000 tons
15 units CNC machining centers for further machining process
Unit weight of castings range from 0.1kg/pc till 120 kg/pc.

GGG40, GGG50, GGG60, GGG70, GGG80, GGG90 and GGG40.3

Precision forging hammers range from 160 ton till 40000 ton;
Induction furnace for raw material heating;
Heat treatment of continuous quench + temper +carburization available
Cnc machining centers for further machining process
