Kingtom ultre clear glass was allocated according to ultra clear glass making requirements to completely satisfy process requirements.Batch making system is fully automatic controlled,mixing system was imported from America,and special material was used on batch making facilities based on ultra clear glass batch requirements.Structure of ultra clear glass furnace is unique and refractory used on each location and affiliated equipments are specially selected.All these try to realize PPG`s advantages,to produce high quality ultra clear glass steadily,and try to save energy.Tin bath used several PPG`s patented technology,and can make 2~25 mm thick ultra clear glass.Lehr was introduced from Belgium.It was designed and fabricated according to PPG`s technical requirements,and make sure to produce annealing quality low iron solar glass.Cold end cutting system was introduced from Germany,it is multifunctional and has cutting optimization,auto separation,and auto stacking system.
