We have one continuous, one discontinuous production line, one composite production line and one CNC router in size 15m*3m at our site in Qingdao, China. Unique worldwide, this enables us to benefit from the advantages of both manufacturing methods at a single site from a single source.

The sheets produced on flow production lines in a large scale industrial flat sheet process make highly stable, resilient and extremely light-weight construction materials, which enable us to supply exact products to growing global industries such as lightweight construction of caravans, commercial vehicles and busses, hatchery Equipment, outdoor facilities and conventional construction sector etc.

The composite (sandwich) panels made by positive-negative pressure guarantee the good bonding. This will eliminate concerns of de-laminating. Also with the help of CNC router, the panels can be cut to customer shape and size accurately.

Honestly, our factory was established in 2012 and is relatively young. Yet, we have a good and experienced team. Especially, our technician and production managers are pioneers and professions in this industry in China with 10 years of experience. In their career, they worked with big companies like Jay Co. in Aus, France JCD, Hatchtech Netherlands and numerous other enterprises.
