Standart Ordering Procedure :
a. Buyer signed LOI on company letterhead, including preliminary banking information and contact detail, recently dated, and no more than 3 days old, The indicative price information and co-ordinate bank of the buyer should also be state the LOI.
b.  Seller sends draft of the Master Purchase Order Contract if the seller accept the price and conditions of the LOI.
c.  Buyer approves the draft of Master Purchase Contract.
d.  Buyer or Buyers representative visit the coal mine.
e.  Buyer and Seller signed the Master Purchase Contract.
