From its maiden advent in Rice and Salt Mining in the mid-80's, the Group diversified into bulk importation of Industrial Chemicals, affordable Agri Products and Commodities, Polyethylene's, Automobiles, Electronics and White Goods. In continuing with the Group's philosophy of leading by example, the successful commissioning of a Plant for household products in the year 1998 was followed by the setting up of a Rice milling Formulation Plant and a Halva Plant in 2003.

The Group also forayed into the manufacturing of food products with an Pasta Plant under the banner of Sirag & Mohandes and an Fresh Produce under the banner of Dana Sun Yum in 2007, and a Rice Milling Plant too, using state-of-the-art food processing equipment from the world leaders in their fields.
The Private Label Group also acquired and cooperated The Cheese Mobi and other confectioneries. With its resources, reach and marketing acumen, the Group will lead the fields for a very long time to come.
