Jejani Group is a professional manufacturer of railway track fasteners and comprises of four companies: Prestige Track Private Limited Rail Development Corporation TrackN-Traction Simplex Industries Â
All these companies are involved in the manufacturing of Railway Track Fastenings and locomotive wagon parts. These companies are all registered under NSIC, RSDOÂ and ISO 9001-2008 having import and export license.

Prestige Track and Rail Development are specialized manufacturer of railway fasteners and one of the largest railway fasteners factories in India. We deal in the manufacturing of railway fastening products like Elastic Rail Clips, SKL Clips, Rubber Pads, GFN Liners, Elastomeric pads, HDPE/EVA Pads, E-clips, Angle Guide Plate, Insulating Liners/ Insulators WFP etc.

We have State of art laboratory with all the testing facility needed for rubber, plastic and steel.
We have different railway fastening products these are made up of plastic, rubber and steel, the raw materials are of authentic virgin material. We do not compromise on the quality of our product, as we import plastic from DuPont an U.S.A based company, spring steel is imported from RINL and Sunflag and we choose natural pure rubber RSS-4 for the manufacturing of rubber pads.

Our management is supported by Engineers, Commercial and Technical teams of Dedicated Manpower; leading R&D and technology, sizeable captive supplies of raw materials and outstanding distribution networks.

Our aim is to supply High Level Quality Products matching with International Standards and this is achieved through rigorous quality control with the purpose of eliminating defects at every level of products rather than improving after production, which is the latest quality control technique.We manufacture fasteners to various specifications and standards namely ASTM, AREMA, UIC, RDSO, AS, DIN, EN, JIS, GOST, BS and others. Prestige Track carries all necessary testing facilities to develop new fastenings according to the clients drawing as well as test the regularly produced products. Some of the testing equipment are toe load tester, fatigue tester, vertical and lateral movement tester, hardness testing machine, UTM and others. We are known to undertake stringent quality control processes like 100% application test.

Mr. Sunil Jejani is a business magnate and the current chairman and managing director of Jejani Group. He started of his business in 1970 by trading of various railway track supplies, later he moved on to manufacturing of rail track fastening products. As the company went from strength to strength it started gaining competition to other competitors. He has completed his BSc. from S.F.S. College, Nagpur. He is also a commercial Pilot license (CPL) holder (1978) and having a full knowledge of Aviation Engineering. Being a member of (NRUCC) National Railway Users Consultative Council, Indian Railway Board, he regularly participate in decision making and Research and development areas of Track design.
