Our strong area is Process Quality Control system by measurement of critical dimensions.
We make our zippers starting with basic Raw Materials like Brass, Aluminium sheet, Polyester yarn, Plastic chips & Zinc Alloy.
We make the brass zipper in various finishes like Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Gold, Silver, Jet Black, Copper & Antique Copper. They are made on Murko USA machines.
All types of zippers are available in Close End, Most in Open End & some in Two Way Open End.
Our shade card has 600 shades & we can match customers swatch.
Most of our machines are Taiwan, Korea & USA make.
We have 300 pullers of different shapes which are cast on our die casting machines.
Brass & Aluminium zippers are in sizes# 3, # 3. 5 (4. 5mm) , # 4, # 5, # 7, # 8 & # 10.
Nylon zippers are in sizes# 3, # 3. 5, # 4, # 5, # 7, # 8 & # 10.
Invisible# 3 zipper is in Lace & Woven type.
Plastic zippers are in# 3, # 5 & # 8.
The metal zippers are made with special beaded tape that gives excellent cross & folded strength.
Our zippers exceed the stength & reciprocation requirements of BS 3084 by a huge margin. We have all the necessary testing equipment.
Our zippers meet the harmful Lead & Heavy metal requirements of EN71 Part 3.
Our zippers meet Colour fastness to washing & staining AATCC 61 IIA standard of grade 4.
Our zippers meet Colour fastness to crocking ASTM 2054 standard of grade 4.
Our zippers are Durable to m / c laundering with detergent (12min time, 105F temperature) & tumbling dry upto 5 cycles. Zip function OK. No coating removal. No colour change.
Similarly durable to one cycle of commercial dry cleaning.
Our zippers meet the harmful substance requirement of Oekotex.
