Induction Heating Equipments: They find wide application in various industries and are extensively used for Shrink-Fitting of engine components like CAM gears, crank gears, water-pump gears, etc. Powercon's solid-state power supplies or 'SSPS', cover a wide range of frequencies for standard and special induction heating requirements.
Induction Melting Equipments / Furnaces: They are required for both ferrous and non-ferrous melting. The ferrous category includes metals like steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, iron, S. G. iron, alloy iron, etc. Non-ferrous category includes copper and its alloys, cupro nickel, aluminum and its alloys, zinc and its alloys, gold, silver, etc. Furnaces ranging up to hundred kilograms come along with hydraulic tilting and manual tilting arrangements. Induction Billets / Bar Heaters: These are powered by the Solid State Generators using the latest thyristor technology.
