If we can find a large, steady supply of SCRAP or FACTORY REJECT (cheap) bias ply 14" & 15" tires somewhere in the world with cheap labor, we may establish a production & assembly facility close to the source. This way a complete, finished and assembled product can be shipped to us here in the U. S. in boxes. This will help with the freight cost issue.
