For Fashionable, Natural Pets PinUp Pets has scoured the globe to find non-toxic fabrics safe enough to put next to your dog’s skin. Many fabrics were sourced from Europe and adhere to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard, one of the most stringent standards for fabric safety in the world. Other fabrics were developed by PinUp Pets and also adhere to these standards. Few standards for fabric manufacturing exist in the United States, unlike in Europe, where standards are far more common. Additionally, the company has several garments featuring organic cotton, which was spun in the United States. The garments are free of formaldehyde, heavy metals, allergens, carcinogens and other irritants. They are safe for dogs, humans, and the environment! High Quality, Made in the USA Most dog clothing is made overseas – where poor quality and unfair labor practices abound. PinUp Pets garments are made in New York City – where contractors are known for high quality. We worked hard to ensure that our contractors abide by the labor laws.
