Petec trading and investment corporation, former name petechim, is a state owned company, under viet nam ministry of trade, established in october 1981, as the trading arm of the viet nam oil and gas industry.

Since then, petec has developed its activities to various fields of business such as petroleum products import and trading, agricultural, seafood products export.

Today, petec is one of the leading petroleum products distributors and coffee exporters in viet nam.
