Panama Highland Gourmet Coffee.

We have our own production farms in the Chiriqui Mountains of Panama, all above the 1000 meters altitude.
The coffee is an ARABICA mixture of the Catarra, Catuya, Mundo Nuevo and Criolla, and grown in a mountain and forestall area with a high bio diversion.

Because of the altitude and the isolated situation hardly any insecticides are been used, the soil is volcanic and very fertile.

The cherries are carefully picked by local Indian workers who we give good housing and wedges during the season, the cherries are been pealed the same day.
Within 18 to 24 hours which gives time for fermentation, the beans are been washed and carefully dried.
