With the primary purpose of engaging in, conduct and carry on the business of marketing, distributing at wholesale or retail in so far as may be permitted by law all kinds of minerals, goods, commodities for the export, or import.
OTC Orex Trading Corp. was established for basically two business operations: (1) . To be the primary operation vehicle for the trading and export of minerals initially of manganese and chromite ore, then eventually other minerals and (2) . trading of commodities and goods for export or local consumption.
