I am seeking a USD 5,000,000 funding for a combined RE Project in Germany.The company will act in two major way:1. Social HousingThis part will provide immediately and permanent income from Local, State and Federal Government:1.1. The result of it is the life on the street. HUD establishes Transitional homes where these people can live until they have their own apartment.1.2. The rent and surcharges being paid by the government. (=permanent Account Receivable)1.3. Labor Department also pays for the arrangement of employment for each tenants2. RE InvestmentHUD will purchase affordable Real Estate directly from Government, Banks, Court and private through auction.
