OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. has been involved solely in the processing and export of Turkish Agricultural Products with an emphasize on typical Mediterranean Specialties. Over the years back up with it?s expertize and experience in first-hand harvesting and processing.

We have a wide selection of major Dried Tomato products in our range produced with the highest technology in Turkey and reached to a top level with our superior quality that meets highest standards, competitive prices and a full satisfaction service to our customers whom we treat as business partners.

Today, and in particular to the Dried & Processed Vegetables sector, the company represents a formidable operation for vegetable ? sundrying in it?s own field in Manisa City and a related further processing facility in Izmir city, from which a total volume of 500 MT+ of finished product is being sourced & supplied.

About 90% of the volume belongs to the so known Sun Dried Tomatoes and to it?s derivatives, both in bulk packing and in marinated foodservice formats, which current exports to four different continents of the world.

By strong experience and excessive committements in the related industry segments, OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. has been influenced by the motives and encouragements from it?s existing customers therein, to develop an ovendrying system to fullfill the gaps generated by excess demand for so known Oven Semi Dried ( Roasted ) Tomatoes.

The said system, which required a completely different technology in terms of production, has led the company to the establishment of a completly new and dedicated production facility.
