On Hing Metal uses various manufacturing processes, such as die-casting, stamping, secondary machinery operations, surface finishing, CNC, assembly and mold fabrication to service many businesses all over the world. Together with our excellent labor and equipment utilization, On Hing Metal is able to provide a cost-effective solution for mainly aluminium, zinc, stainless steel, titanium products, aimed consumer, commercial and industrial customers alike. On Hing Metal was founded in the 1966 as a sand casting company in Hong Kong, and it has expanded to a die-casting factory in mainland China with offices in both Hong Kong and Vancouver, Canada. On Hing Metal has vast knowledge and experience in mass-producing components for different businesses, such as, healthcare, office stationary, furniture, kitchen consumer products, automobiles, and electronics. On Hing Metal follows NADCA standards and is also a proud honorary corporate member of the Hong Kong Die-casting and Foundry Association, boosting leadership in the field and service. With our developed operations and supply chain management, we have minimized setup and ordering cost while adjusting to customer service and variation in demand.
