Dear Sirs !

Below please find our preliminary offer on crude oil deliveries  from United Arab Emirates, port of Dubai.

Qulality: light crude oil of the Persian Gulf.
Quantity: any, to be negotiated.
Terms of payment: irrevocable confirmed letter of credit.
Terms of delivery: FOB Dubai (UAE).
Price per one barrel: Platt? Dubai  within three days (yesterday-today-tomorrow).
Discount: 1.2 USD/barrel.

To negotiate a contract, please send a letter of intention to the agent company ?ilimpex K.E. Co. Ltd.? Murmansk, Russia.

The letter should include the buyer? agreement to pay the agent? service fee in amount of 0.2 USD/metric ton.

All the terms of the contract on crude oil delivery are standard and to be negotiated between the Byuer and the Seller.

Once the letter is received, there will be an offer sent to the Buyer covering all the procedures to conclude a contract on crude oil delivery.

Please mind that the discount and the agent? fee are variable due to the terms of the contract.
