Procedure:
1.    Buyers and seller sign SPA with full banking coordinates and deposit same in 
Their respective Banks
2.    Buyer releases vessel details with CPA agreement, Q88, ATL, and BCL to seller.
3.    Seller vessel opens communication with Buyers vessel on receipt of BCL (IN PLACE OF BCL, PAY MASTER MUST BE WITH SELLER IN SAME PLACE IN PORTHARCOURT THROUGH OUT THE DURATION OF THE TRANSACTION & MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FEEDING & HOTEL ACCOMMODATION ON THE NIGHT OF THE OPERATION.
4.    Buyer’s  vessel sails to point of transshipment as may be mutually agreed by both vessel captains within the Bonny anchorage axis
5.    Upon long siding with mother vessel, 50% payment is released to seller’s bank.
6.    On completion of discharge, the balance payment is released to seller’s bank.
7.    Buyer’s vessel is released to her destination.
