In order to achieve the luminous intensity distribution and meet the function requirements of beam angel, A 3D computer modeling is used to simulate the lamp illuminant, by tracking the path of beam refraction and adjusting the reflector curvature technical parameter. Therefore, the lamp optical luminosity is effectively increased while discomfort glare decrease. The reflectors could be engrave as diamond, beehive, line, dot and the surface could be anodized as the color of champagne, golden and copper.
